Assistant CPC Manager
Role and Responsibilities
- Involving in daily inventory / operations and administrative tasks.
- Helping to implement operational strategies and improve processes.
- Proactively identify potential risks in the operation and address them promptly.
- Identify and drive process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and process redesign workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through data analysis and regular feedback, ensuring continuous refinement.
- Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
