Role and Responsibilities

  • Involving in daily inventory / operations and administrative tasks.
  • Helping to implement operational strategies and improve processes.
  • Proactively identify potential risks in the operation and address them promptly.
  • Identify and drive process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and process redesign workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through data analysis and regular feedback, ensuring continuous refinement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
